The Leasing Consultant, also described as a Sales Expert, helps prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role uses strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate personality, and knowledge of the community to provide prospective residents with a positive, genuine experience. The position also delivers caring customer service that supports residents’ living experience and encourages lease renewals. Requirements
- Working knowledge of social media.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts.
