About The Position

The Leasing Consultant is the property's welcoming first point of contact for guests, prospective and current residents, and vendors. The role focuses on helping prospective residents find homes they love, meeting sales goals, and contributing to a successful community through resident events and activities. The consultant represents Olympus Property’s core values of Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family, and Fun, and helps maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

At least one year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant, or established experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales, restaurant, retail, or hospitality role.
Availability for full-time rotating weekday hours, Monday through Friday, generally 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; hours may vary.
Availability to work Saturdays; scheduled days off are Sunday and Monday.
Monthly after-hours availability for resident events; frequency, dates, and times vary.

Responsibilities

Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
Explain apartment options and unit variations.
Provide exemplary service to current and prospective residents and welcome visitors professionally.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and its offerings.
Close sales of apartment homes to prospective residents.
Prepare lease paperwork, provide move-in keys, and complete other pre-arrival duties for new residents.
Enter information into the internal resident database.
Use sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic.
Perform administrative duties.
Respond to resident requests and help minimize and resolve resident concerns.
Plan, facilitate, and participate in resident functions and activities.
Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property.
