About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Riverwalk at Happy Valley in Happy Valley, Oregon. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents and uses sales and marketing techniques to help maintain high occupancy at the apartment property. The position includes leasing, resident support, rental-file maintenance, data entry, and administrative duties. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings while performing their work duties. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files.
• Accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee new residents’ signing of leases.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payment.
