About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Riverwalk at Happy Valley in Happy Valley, Oregon. The position provides customer service to current and prospective residents and uses sales and marketing techniques to help maintain high occupancy at the apartment property. The role also supports leasing administration and coordinates with maintenance staff to help ensure smooth resident move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee lease signing by new residents.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
