About The Position

H.G. Fenton Company is hiring a Leasing Consultant to market and lease available apartments, maximize occupancy, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves taking ownership of leasing efforts, contributing ideas and strategies, building relationships with residents and colleagues, and pursuing leasing goals in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Compensation includes leasing commissions.

The Leasing Consultant also supports advertising and community outreach, applies customer-service and retention strategies, and proactively identifies potential risks to help maintain a safe environment for employees and residents. A valid driver’s license is required because driving is an essential job function and comparable alternatives are not considered reasonable for the role. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; driving is an essential job function, with no comparable alternative transportation option reasonably fulfilling the role within equivalent travel time or cost.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or sales experience is a plus but is not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
