Leasing Consultant - Part Time
About The Position
Northland is looking for a motivated part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at 2300 West, a 220-unit community in Reno, NV. The Leasing Consultant represents Northland by delivering a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects. Responsibilities include apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, current resident retention and satisfaction, and community-focused marketing. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, balancing walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and supporting the onsite team. The leasing team maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Team members will assist on weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Working weekend shifts may be required for this role
- May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property
