This role involves providing outstanding customer service, assisting with pre-leasing, solving problems, leasing apartments, and supporting team members. Requirements

• Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
• Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
• Assist with pre-leasing, including communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, and working with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college
• Solve problems by overcoming objections
• Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
• Support other team members by assisting them as needed
