About The Position
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a full time Leasing Consultant for an amazing 288-unit apartment community located in Santa Ana, CA. Compensation $21.00-$23.00 per hour Earn $100.00 per new lease and $50.00 per renewal. Take your career in property management to another level. Requirements
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills
- Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
- One weekend day is required
Nice To Haves
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience
