About The Position

As a Leasing Associate at Z Modular Industries’ FLATZ 520 community in Maricopa, Arizona, you will help drive occupancy by providing a professional, welcoming experience to prospective residents and showcasing the community’s lifestyle and amenities. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in, while ensuring interactions meet high service standards. The role suits someone who enjoys customer-facing work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in promoting quality living experiences. The position also supports resident retention, marketing and community outreach, resident events, property presentation, and workplace safety. Essential functions include touring apartment homes and common areas, reviewing property conditions, and interacting with residents and prospects. Requirements

1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; residential property management experience is preferred.
Ability to speak Spanish is required.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, leasing software, and digital tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Professional presentation and confident, goal-driven closing ability.
Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct property tours, inspect apartment homes and common areas, and interact with residents and prospects.
Ability to move regularly throughout the property, including on stairs and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
Visual ability to review documents and assess units and property conditions for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift or move items such as packages, office supplies, leasing materials, or event equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with established safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule property tours.
Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies.
Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to provide a seamless resident experience.
Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns.
Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
Keep model units and common areas clean, well-maintained, and ready for tours.
Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotional activities.
Promote and uphold workplace safety in accordance with regulations and company policies.
