About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Leasing Associate for its Springs at Locust Grove residential apartment community in Locust Grove, Georgia. The Leasing Associate guides their success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. They demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find a home. The position reports to the Community Manager.

Requirements

• Proven sales and customer service experience, with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to balance desk work with touring the community for periods of up to eight hours, climbing stairs, and cleaning units.
• Comfort using social media and standard office tools such as computers and phones.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service and deliver an exceptional experience in every interaction.
• Inspect and prepare tour-ready units, and maintain a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Manage inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Use marketing, advertising, resident events, and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Manage prospect and resident follow-ups, conduct move-in inspections, support lease renewals, and track occupancy.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, tax compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.
