The Leasing and Administrative Assistant (LLA) works directly with the housing services program managers and clients, and is responsible for implementing the administrative systems, procedures, and policies developed by the Housing Services program managers. The LLA performs a wide variety of duties associated with the rental leasing and with general office administration as well as ensuring documentation is gathered to meet funding grant obligations. This is a busy position that allows the employee to make a true difference in the quality of life for many individuals.
