Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our progressively growing team in San Angelo, TX, and oversee all the leasing efforts for assigned community. Oak Grove Senior Apartments is comprised of 142 apartment homes for SENIORS.

Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED)
strong customer service background
basic computer skills
organization
the ability to multitask
excellent communication and closing skills
a positive, upbeat attitude
A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook.

Responsibilities

Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
Confirm rental application data and personal references
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director
