About The Position
South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Leasing Agent. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing.
Requirements
- Experience in property management, student housing management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
- Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
- Able to effectively multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
- Support recruiting and lease up activities for the site.
- Complete tours and respond to potential tenant inquiries, etc.
- Create and post social media content.
- Help residents renew or complete initial lease.
- Assist in advertising activities and distribution.
- Assist in planning and execution of complex activities and events.
- Complete clean checks as required.
- Receive and address tenant complaints and issues timely and through resolution.
- Sort and organize mail.
- Organize packages and notify tenants of packages in office.
