About The Position

The Landings at San Marco is seeking a Leasing Agent to join Urban Land Co.'s in-house management team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a long-term career in property management, offering mentorship, regular feedback, and a supportive leadership team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of the community, gaining valuable business insight and experience. While leasing experience is a plus, a strong drive, positive personality, and sales-savvy mindset are highly valued. You will play a key role in helping people find their next home.

Responsibilities

  • Meet, greet, and tour prospective residents with warmth and confidence, creating a positive experience.
  • Drive leasing results by achieving individual and team goals.
  • Manage leads effectively by responding promptly to inquiries, following up via phone, email, or text, and maintaining accurate system information.
  • Ensure models, tour paths, and amenities are well-maintained and present a positive image.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in, including screenings, lease paperwork, and fee collection.
  • Stay informed and compliant with local housing codes, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.
  • Utilize property management software (Entrata) to track leads, manage applications, and stay organized.
  • Stay informed on traffic trends, leasing patterns, and product availability, sharing insights with the team.
