Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Residential Services department to support leasing efforts.
Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
Tailor property tours to prospective renters’ needs, achieving a 40%+ leasing conversion rate.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move-in gifts.
Maintain a polished professional appearance and sales-focused attitude.
