About The Position

Sentinel Management Company is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join their team at Ballantrae. This role is located at 3800 Ballantrae Road, Eagan, MN 55122. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing residential properties, providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants, and contributing to the overall success of property management operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-family leasing administration preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
• Basic understanding of property management principles is a plus.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to Commute: Eagan, MN (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Eagan, MN 55122: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units.
• Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and rental rates to effectively market properties.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, or in-person.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are ready for showings and address tenant concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals.
