About The Position

Coast Property Management is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join their team. This role operates in a fast-paced, multi-property environment and requires a strong communicator who can connect with prospects, drive traffic, and convert leads into leases across multiple communities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining accurate records. A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience in property management or leasing is preferred, as is familiarity with leasing software. The role involves meeting goals, working with people, and confidently representing multiple communities.

Requirements

High School education or equivalent
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Nice To Haves

Experience in property management or leasing
Familiarity with leasing software

Responsibilities

Answer phones and email and post/monitor social media for the property
Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path
Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours
Run leasing applications
Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials
Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files
