About The Position

Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional resident experience. In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the leasing journey—from first tour to move-in—while building meaningful connections and contributing to a high-performing team.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required
  • Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes
  • Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly
  • Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • an undergraduate degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase the community with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in
  • Build strong relationships with residents to support retention and renewals
  • Consistently meet and exceed leasing and occupancy goals
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, results-driven environment
