About The Position

The Leasing Agent at The Marley is responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the community, capturing leases, and converting prospects into residents. This role contributes ideas to the Management team for property marketing and improving resident satisfaction, ensuring each resident experience aligns with S2 Residential's mission and core values.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years' experience in customer service.
• Must be consistently detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to listen and understand goals.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ResMan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and show qualified future residents, and close on leases.
• Process income, rental, and employment information to verify qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing.
• Engage in and participate in Resident Events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance related services.
• Walk the property and maintain cleanliness of the office and model apartments.
