Requirements

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months of multifamily leasing or property management experience
• 6+ months of sales experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Understanding of leasing and sales techniques
• Experience with Entrata Property Management Software
• Experience with budgeting or property financials

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
• Following up with leads and scheduling apartment tours
• Conducting property tours for prospective residents
• Assisting future residents through the leasing and move-in process
• Providing exceptional customer service to current residents
• Helping residents submit and coordinate maintenance requests
• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining resident files
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and property team initiatives
