Looking for an exciting new career in a past paced environment with the potential to grow. A large apartment community located in Virginia Beach off Centerville Turnpike is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong customer service and organizational skills. We are eager to train the right candidate. This position may float to other properties in the Virginia Beach area. In this role, you will help prospective residents find their new home while creating a welcoming and positive experience for current residents. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
