About The Position

ResiHome, RESICAP’s Property Management division, is seeking a Leasing Agent to support prospective and current residents while helping meet property needs and maximize client investments. The role involves identifying prospective residents’ needs, matching them with suitable homes, building customer relationships, and supporting a positive resident experience. The position is 100% remote, with 15%–25% of time spent visiting properties.

Requirements

Active local state real estate license.
Must be licensed under a Broker or be a Broker.
Top lead-conversion experience.
Experience with Microsoft products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think outside the box.
Valid driver’s license; occasional travel may be required.
Ability to be active and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
New-home experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
Answer questions, qualify prospects, and explain and sell property features.
Manage the leasing and application process for new residents.
Quickly identify customers’ needs and encourage prospects to apply.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, using a customer-friendly approach and resolving difficult situations.
Manage lease files, update paperwork and computer systems, and complete marketing and advertising tasks.
Maintain knowledge of the communities and surrounding areas, including schools, employers, and food options.
Deliver in-office presentations.
