About The Position

Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams. This role will be in our Addison office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. The company partners with banks, credit unions, and captive funding sources to provide financing options and serve the needs of leasing companies and franchised dealerships. The business model and infrastructure were built based on over 30 years of experience in the leasing market creating a highly efficient and robust work environment. Four Stars Finance currently manages over $1 Billion dollars in leases. Privately-held HERNCO Inc. is the parent company of D&M Auto Leasing, Four Stars Auto Group, Four Stars Finance, Dallas Lease Returns, Apple Leasing and AutoFlex Leasing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns.
  • Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases.
  • Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion.
  • Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments.
  • Track and report key metrics related to lease returns.
  • Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results.
  • Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed.
  • Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.
