About The Position
A reputable energy organization is seeking an experienced Lease Analyst to support mineral and land asset management operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate lease data and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of lease analysis experience
- Strong understanding of oil & gas lease terms
- Experience managing large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and land systems
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Petroleum Land Management, Energy, or related field
Responsibilities
- Analyze oil & gas leases and title documents
- Interpret key provisions (royalty, pooling, Pugh clauses, etc.)
- Maintain and audit lease data in internal systems
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Support data integrity and process improvements
