About The Position

As Learning Systems & Onboarding Lead, you’ll power KMM’s learning engine—owning our enterprise LMS and turning every new hire’s first 90 days into a confident, compliant launch. This role exists to connect Recruiting, HR, and leaders with a clear, trackable path from offer to full productivity. A High-Impact Day Your morning kicks off by checking onboarding and training status in the LMS, then lining up what each new hire needs next—today’s orientation moments, tomorrow’s compliance deadlines, and the next milestone touchpoint. You’ll sync briefly with Recruiting and HR to confirm start-date changes and paperwork handoffs, then shift gears into welcoming new employees and setting the tone for a strong first week. Between sessions, you spot trends in completion data, tighten a report for leaders, and refresh a module so it stays sharp and current. By late afternoon, you’re closing loops with supervisors on upcoming 30/60/90-day checkpoints—so every person launches with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Requirements

2+ years LMS administration (setup, creation, reporting, compliance tracking)
Experience coordinating onboarding and cross-functional training programs
Strong facilitation, documentation/version control, and data/reporting skills

Responsibilities

Administer the LMS: users, permissions, course builds, workflows, and compliance reporting
Run corporate onboarding and orientation; assign learning paths and required trainings
Build and maintain career pathing and development programs, materials, and SOP-aligned content
Coordinate multi-department training cycles and presenters; deliver select sessions
Produce dashboards and audit-ready documentation supporting AS9100D and leadership needs
