The Learning Program Manager role is responsible for assessing the learning needs of the business, creating learning programs using adult learning principles and a variety of learning techniques, working with stakeholders and instructional designers to form the content within the learning journey, training and evaluating learning delivery specialists to implement the learning program, and continuously evaluating and improving the learning program to achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness. This role is the owner from end to end of specific learning program(s), primarily focused in professional and leadership development, and is accountable to ensure the learning experience is relevant and timely. This requires the Learning Program Manager to stay closely connected with the business and the roles/skills within the business, anticipate changing demands and needs from the business, and manage relationships with stakeholders to build and maintain credibility. This role reports to the Director of Learning Programs and Training Delivery.
