We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager who will serve as the end-to-end owner of non-technical learning programs for a specific corporate function or Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role manages the full program lifecycle, from learning needs analysis and measurement planning through execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business priorities. Working cross-functionally, both internally and with external vendors, you’ll bring operational rigor and initiative to programs supporting our 2030 strategy. This role demands someone who can operate independently, take initiative, and show up with confidence and credibility.
