Loudoun County Government is seeking experienced Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Specialists to join their Department of Human Resources. The specialists will be responsible for developing and delivering learning programs, managing organizational development engagements, and implementing new initiatives to ensure long-term effectiveness. This position is integral to advancing the professional development of County employees, supervisors, managers, and senior leaders through structured learning pathways. L&OD team members collaborate with other HR teams and County departments to analyze workforce challenges and develop solutions. They also serve as key members of the HR team, working with internal stakeholders such as Workforce Planning, Classification and Compensation, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems.
