About The Position

Provides strategic consultation and program management for learning and leadership development. Develops, executes, and evaluates learning curricula, programs, and other development opportunities that address individual competency and organizational needs, supporting high-performing leaders and team members/staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning/Education, Instructional Design, Business, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with senior leaders, including executives and directors.
• Experience diagnosing and improving human performance; change management; talent management; career planning; designing and delivering learning solutions; project management; and measurement and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and leadership development efforts for executives, physicians, leaders at all levels, and team members by designing processes, tools, and interventions focused on improving operations and team performance.
• Lead people development initiatives by designing and offering programs, tools, and resources focused on enhancing performance in current and future roles.
• Coach individuals and manage group dynamics while working with individuals and teams.
• Partner with teams across HR-TA, People Analytics, and Organizational Development.
