About The Position

The Learning Lead supports HSN by delivering PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment training and providing on-the-floor development that strengthens team member performance across the fulfillment center. This role is onsite and will require you to work from the Piney Flats, TN location each day, reporting to the Learning Manager. Requirements

1–2 years of fulfillment center experience preferred, with familiarity across multiple roles or departments.
3+ years of experience operating PIT equipment and the ability to train team members safely.
Knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely, and verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools to ensure accuracy, and clarity.
Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process-change rollouts.
Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards.
