About The Position

The Sort Center Learning Trainer collaborates with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Process Assistants, and Associates to continuously enhance the long-term capabilities of their assigned area. This role involves measuring production quality and quantity, applying learning tools for improvement, and maintaining expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments. The trainer evaluates and refines processes and learning techniques across the Sort Center, assists in measuring learning effectiveness and the impact of development efforts, and improves associates' job-related skills. Key activities include developing and applying learning tools like methods, checklists, and skill-building agreements, identifying and implementing associate cross-training, supporting SOP updates and certifications, and contributing to the success of training plans during both peak and non-peak periods.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
