The team is seeking Sales Trainers to support East and West Coast markets. As a Trainer, you will coach and inspire new and current Sales team members to deliver exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic throughout the automotive retail journey. This involves leading classroom training and providing real-time support weekly, reinforcing Asbury’s values. Sales Trainers collaborate with dealership leadership to support onboarding, enhance sales process effectiveness, develop skills, provide CRM/DMS training, and improve performance, ultimately building confidence, capability, and consistency in Sales roles.
