About The Position

Boston University’s Questrom School of Business is launching the Online MS in AI in Business (AIB) program in Fall 2026. This program is designed for a global community of learners and prepares professionals to lead in an AI-enabled business environment through a curriculum focused on responsible AI, innovation, strategy, and leadership. The AIB curriculum is structured across four rigorous graduate modules (“Mods”), each providing 8 graduate credits, a non-credit orientation module (Mod 0), and an optional bootcamp experience. The program includes a Bootcamp, Mod 0: AIB Launch, Mod 1: Foundations – Minimal Fluency in Responsible AI in Business, Mod 2: Improvement – Redesigning Business Processes and Workflows, Mod 3: Innovation – Creating New Sources of Value with AI, and Mod 4: Governance – Accountability, Ethics, and Sustainable AI Strategy. This role is central to delivering a high-quality, student-centered online learning experience and represents a reimagined approach to learner support in an AI-enabled educational environment. The Learning Facilitator serves as a guide, coach, and strategic thought partner who helps learners develop critical thinking, responsible AI practices, and executive-level judgment. The Learning Facilitator will work closely with learners, faculty, instructional designers, and student success professionals to support course delivery, learner engagement, feedback, and continuous improvement across the program experience. This is a minimum one-year appointment with the opportunity for extension based on successful performance and program needs.
