About The Position

The Instructional Designer translates the Integrated Management System into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences that support successful adoption across the organization. Working closely with Element Owners, Management Systems Specialists, and Change Management teams, this role develops training solutions that build employee capability, reinforce expected behaviors, and help employees successfully implement and sustain the management system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of instructional design experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience developing technical learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build learning strategies and role-based pathways across Corporate, Upstream, Downstream, Manufacturing, Retail, and Functional teams.
  • Design instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning solutions, plus job aids, facilitator guides, workbooks, videos, and scenario-based simulations.
  • Turn technical documentation into practical, role-based, operationally focused learning that is consistent globally.
  • Partner with Element Owners, SMEs, Change Management, Communications, and Operational leaders to ensure technical accuracy and sound adult learning design.
  • Publish through approved platforms; support LMS administration, assignments, analytics, and completion reporting.
  • Create manager toolkits, coaching guides, reinforcement campaigns, learning journeys, FAQs, and performance support.
  • Measure impact through feedback, assessments, adoption metrics, and analytics; recommend improvements.
