This role is crucial for the success of SWCA’s national Talent Development program, supporting the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development initiatives. The specialist will collaborate daily with HR partners, leaders, and employees to ensure effective program delivery, managing everything from coordination to participant experience and reporting. The position requires flexibility to assist the broader HR group, adaptability, creative problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate customer needs. Under this requisition, the company may hire for the positions of Human Resources Specialist- Talent Development (typically 1 year of experience) or Senior Human Resources Specialist- Talent Development (typically 2 years of experience). The role is remote, full-time, regular (with benefits), and hourly, reporting to the Phoenix Corporate SWCA location but can be performed from any location in the United States.
