The Learning & Development Specialist partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees across VEGA to design, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve learning and development initiatives that support business performance, employee growth, and organizational capability. This role is responsible for managing development programs, facilitating training, evaluating learning effectiveness, and leading projects that strengthen technical, professional, and leadership development throughout the organization. The position serves as a collaborative partner to departments across VEGA and contributes to the long-term evolution of the company's learning and talent development strategy. As the organization's learning and development needs evolve, this position will have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility for program management, facilitation, and development initiatives.
