This role is responsible for coordinating employee training, conducting new hire onboarding, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with production leadership to identify training needs, develop training materials, evaluate employee competency, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
