We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager who is excited to step into a newly created role and will own and shape the learning ecosystem, by designing and delivering learning experiences that support both frontline employees and leaders at all levels, and partnering closely with Regional HR and Managers to create onboarding experiences that set employees up for long-term success. This is a highly visible role with real influence, ideal for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up and working closely with business leaders. The Learning & Development Manager plays a critical role meeting our people goals as part of ConeTec’s 2030 Vision, collaboratively building and consolidating existing programs to develop leaders, strengthen field capability and support employee growth and performance from day one. This new role reports to the Vice President, Human Resources, and leads ConeTec’s Learning and Development function.
