About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Learning and Development Manager to lead, design, and continuously evolve our learning ecosystem. This role will partner closely with HR, People Leaders, and Functional Leaders to ensure our employees have the skills, capabilities, and development opportunities needed to support business growth and long‑term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, SHRM‑SCP)
  • Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Implement and facilitate global People & Culture learning initiatives and programs across the designated region.
  • Work closely with P&C and management in the region, to identify business needs, and support the execution of local learning and development initiatives aligned with those needs.
  • Ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring programs to regional requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the design, development, administration and project management of global L&D programs and initiatives as part of the CoE team.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), for topics such as Safety and Compliance training tailored to local requirements.
  • Support roll out of other global initiatives within the People Development function's responsibility; such as talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
