About The Position

Responsible for delivering high-impact learning sessions through instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training. Additionally, will contribute to instructional design processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adult learning principles.

Requirements

• Must be bondable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• PC experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or related applications
• Must be able to present training material/programs in a clear, concise manner

Nice To Haves

• Two-year Business Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years as a teller in a financial institution preferred.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Positive and self-motivated
• Ability to act independently and make sound decisions
