About The Position

NIIT is seeking an experienced Learning Implementation Consultant to independently manage Sana projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. The work may involve full end-to-end deployments or scoped Sana Create engagements. Hands-on Sana implementation experience and experience migrating clients from other LMS platforms are required. A current Workday certification is required at the start of the engagement; Workday Learning experience is valued. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years implementing enterprise learning or talent platforms.
• At least two full-cycle implementations from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Hands-on Sana implementation experience, including configuration, migration, testing, and client training on live projects; experience may be with end-to-end deployments, Sana Create engagements, or both.
• Current Workday certification in Workday Learning or Workday HCM, held at the start of the engagement.
• Experience migrating clients from other LMS platforms, including content, curricula, and transcripts, as well as enterprise integrations and testing.
