About The Position

Prime Inc. is seeking caring, positive, and dedicated teachers for its Learning Center/Preschool who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. The center offers a supportive and fun team environment focused on helping children reach their full potential and enjoy learning. Teachers are trained to use a play-based philosophy, supporting children’s learning through exploration. They lead age-appropriate activities that encourage social, physical, and intellectual growth in partnership with teachers and parents. Responsibilities vary depending on the age group in the classroom.

Requirements

At least 3 college credits relating to Early Childhood Education are preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number, and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
Attend to children’s basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing diapers when applicable.
Establish and reinforce behavior rules and procedures for maintaining order.
Serve meals and refreshments to children.
Prioritize children’s safety in the classroom and on the playground.
Read books to entire classes or small groups.
Provide materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use in learning activities and imaginative play.
