This is an onsite role for a 12-month contract duration. The consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development and will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide learning and talent development initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience. This role involves partnering with leaders, Human Resources, subject matter experts, and external vendors to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions that build employee capability and support organizational success. The successful candidate will possess a blend of learning and development expertise, stakeholder consulting, facilitation, project management, and learning systems administration experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed. They take ownership, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
