We're seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to help us build a more digitally fluent workplace by designing innovative learning experiences, driving technology adoption, and helping employees confidently navigate the tools that power our organization. In this role, you'll blend learning strategy, instructional design, technology, adult learning principles, and consulting skills to create engaging learning solutions that support employees at every stage of their journey. You'll partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to enhance learning experiences, increase adoption of workplace technologies, and influence how we leverage learning data and systems.
