The Technology L&D Training Program Manager (Tech L&D TPM) provides strategic leadership for the learning lifecycle of programs in DaVita’s Technology portfolio. They act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, learning design and training delivery teams, ensuring that training solutions are not only delivered on time but are also pedagogically sound and aligned with organizational and program goals. Working in conjunction with Product, IT, and business stakeholders, TPMs help map out, define and execute the list of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the program’s overall objectives. They focus on strategy, implementation, and management of projects and resources appropriately within Tech L&D. This role will support the portfolio of technology learning initiatives targeted for the development of teammates across DaVita.
