About The Position

We’re partnering with an organization to hire a Learning & Development Manager who will lead both the strategy and execution of leadership development programs across North America and LATAM. This role will manage 3 direct reports (including 2 manufacturing trainers) and focus heavily on building soft skills and leadership capabilities for current and emerging leaders. This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. This is a hybrid position in Oshkosh,WI.

Requirements

Experience building L&D strategy within a large, matrixed organization
Strong knowledge in leadership training (facilitation + procurement)
Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in ambiguity
Experience supporting manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

Build and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy and roadmap
Lead leadership development programs (design, facilitation, and vendor management)
Partner with HR and business leaders in a matrixed environment
Support both manufacturing and corporate teams
Own learning systems, tools, and program effectiveness metrics
