The Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator – Professional and Leadership Development is responsible for delivering high-impact learning experiences across all employee levels to include individual contributors, frontline leaders, managers, and senior leaders. This role partners closely with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Talent Management Business Partners, business leaders, program managers, and subject matter experts to develop and facilitate enterprise courses, leadership programs, and team learning solutions. The facilitator supports virtual learning modalities, ensuring scalable, inclusive, and measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise capabilities and culture.
