This position is responsible for implementing, supporting, and facilitating learning and development initiatives in partnership with HR and the L&OD Director. The role involves assisting with the implementation and review of learning programs, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and providing support for colleagues who conduct training. The Learning Facilitator will offer direction and support for learning and development programs and practices, assist with instructional design, and occasionally deliver behavioral health training to external partners. The role also ensures adherence to organizational values and principles, supports an inclusive culture, and assists with administrative and logistical tasks related to L&OD programs. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, and is only open to candidates residing in the Louisville Metropolitan area.
