About The Position

The Leadman oversees daily operations and helps ensure an efficient workflow. The role includes maintaining clean work areas to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, and implementing and enforcing safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. The Leadman must be attentive to detail, understand the urgency of manufacturing, and work effectively with coworkers and supervisors in other departments to achieve goals. The role may lead others when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be attentive to details.
• Must have time-management skills and understand the urgency of manufacturing.
• Must be able to work with coworkers and supervisors in other departments to achieve goals.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
