Responsibilities

One year of structured training at Iowa 80.
Visit other Truckstop locations (Kenly, NC, and Joplin, MO).
Spend time on each shift learning alongside long-term staff in various departments including Fuel Center, Main Store, Service Center, Truckomat, Maintenance/Housekeeping, Museum, Iowa80.com, Headquarters, and Special Projects.
Go above and beyond for customers and employees.
Become a specialist in each department's programs, procedures, and systems.
Ask a lot of questions and be open to adapting to different environments.
Show strong initiative.
Observe and communicate effective ways of conducting business to foster innovation and efficiency.
Take ownership of assigned projects from Iowa 80’s leadership team.
Demonstrate a leadership mentality and a desire to grow.
